SatinHR was built from a simple observation: most HR software was designed for offices, not for factories. For the plant manager handling 400 daily wage workers across two shifts, or the HR team at a mid-size manufacturer trying to stay on top of PF, ESI, and Factories Act compliance across multiple states — the tools available were either too generic or too complicated.
We set out to change that. SatinHR is a product of Satin Technologies Ltd., part of the Satin group founded by Dr. H.P. Singh. We are headquartered in Gurugram and focused entirely on the Indian workforce.
Our platform is built for the complexity of Indian manufacturing: daily wage and piece-rate payroll, contract worker management, kiosk-based clock-in for factory floors, and compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, and the Factories Act across every plant. We also believe AI should be part of every HR team's toolkit — not a future promise. So we built it in.

Technology should serve people, not the other way around. Every feature we build starts with a question: does this make someone's working day easier or better?
Honest over impressive
We do not overclaim. If a feature is in development, we say so. If a stat has not been verified, we do not put it on the website. Our clients trust us with their workforce data and we take that seriously.
India is not an afterthought
PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, the Factories Act, CLRA, daily wage, piece-rate, kiosk mode for factory floors. These are not features we added later. They are the foundation.
AI that earns its place
We believe AI should do real work: catch errors before they cost money, flag risks before they escalate, and handle scheduling so managers can manage. If it does not do something useful, it is not in the product.
